1. Schedule an Estimate
If your vehicle is still safe to drive, just call us to set up an appointment. We schedule appointments for free estimates Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am and again from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. If you have your vehicle towed to our shop, we will simply write the auto repair estimate, and contact you when it is complete. If you already have an estimate from another company, but wish to have us do the repairs, just let us know. We are more than happy to do the job for you and will let you know what to do next.

2. Estimate Appointment
During your appointment one of our estimators will assess the damage, review and list parts requiring replacement, auto body damage to be repaired, take pictures, and complete a written estimate of the costs to repair.

3. Schedule a Repair Date
After your estimate is complete, we will get approval from you to do the repairs. We NEVER do any auto body repair work to your vehicle without your permission! Once you provide consent, we then schedule a date to begin the repairs process.

4. Parts Ordered
If the vehicle is drivable, we pre-order all necessary parts after the estimate is approved by you, but before you drop off your vehicle for repair. If we already have your car because it was towed to us, we will order your parts as soon as we receive approval to begin work.

5. Drop-Off
You may drop off your vehicle on the schedule repair date anytime between 8am and 10am. If you want to drop it off before 8 am, we have a secure locked drop box available for your convenience. You can safely leave your locked car at the shop. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

6. Disassembly
In this step of the process, all damaged parts are removed, as well as any undamaged parts that need to be removed to allow repairs to be made properly. If any additional hidden damage is discovered, a supplemental estimate is written. As always, you and any insurance company involved, are notified for approval of additional repairs before further work is done.

7. Internal Structure Repairs
Any repairs that need to be made to the internal structure or uni-body are made first. These repairs return your vehicle to the factory specifications for proper operation.

8. Exterior Body Repairs
These are the repairs made to the visible damage on the exterior panels of the vehicle. This process could include replacing or repairing damaged parts.

9. Painting
In this important step, our paint department will paint any replaced or repaired parts to exactly match your vehicle. This step is vital in returning your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

10. Trim-Out
After all body parts are repaired and painted, we re-attach any parts that were removed during the disassembly process. This step includes installing new or repaired parts like moldings and other necessary hardware.
